I wasn't offended.  I thought it was a good honest job description.  If I
can figure out how to say "no fluffies" in a corporate politically correct
manner I'll use it in my next ad.  I hope this will scare off the slackers
and reduce pointless applicant screening by 50%.  I'm saving Tom's ad for
inspiration.
