New feature for the on-line rider/horse summary

Russ and I have added a summary feature to the on-line 
rider/horse history so that you now see the summary
by year before you see the details by year.

Below is a sample for one of our international team
members.  We only have data so far from 1996
but we are trying to add data from 1986 to 1996
in the future.

The horse history shows similar information and
also includes the number of BCs each year.

If you see some flaws in how we implemented it 
in the s/w for your record- please let me know.
