EXCELLENT advice Angie!! I know my first 50 was a flat,
boring ride. The third loop I was wishing he'd been off so
we could pull. He totally picked up on that and wanted to
just walk. Actually had 2 75 milers ride up and ask if
anything was wrong. He didn't want to go and neither did I.
Our 2nd 50 was totally enjoyable and other than a few
moments of wanting to slug along, he did wonderfully
mentally and so did I.

riders should look like, like they love every minute of
what they're doing, and Kaboot looks awesome!)
