     You're right, having the vets take all that time and then calculating it
 for a large number would be a nightmare. >>

Having done this for Lynne at her ride, I can say that it is not so much a 
nightmare as a matter of being well organized and knowing how to 
systematically get the information from the exams of the horses and transmit 
it in a consistent fashion to the vet sheets.  It is only a nightmare if one 
does not have a regular and consistent way of going about it.
