Overriding is pretty simple: riding beyond your horse's capabllities. With 
the "fit to continue" rule in effect, some of this is taken care of--but 
then, field diagnostics is primitive at these rides. And, as we have seen 
before, some politics come into play at vet checks, unfortunately. The 
solution, in the end, is going to be  better onsite diagnostics.
