Do not know about Nevada but in Texas there is a $200 fine for littering
at it is strictly Enforced
and we turn in and prosecute those who do litter
Crime prevention starts with those who observe it
We do not tolerate people who litter
sounds silly with all the trouble that this country has to worry about such a 
minor infraction like litter but it all does start with people caring about 
each other and where we live and how we take care of each other and all that 
we are worth
hell I had better get off my soap box now
