Gonna jump in here real quick as Nelson is here and I happened to ask him
about these pads this morning. He is doubtful that they will INCREASE
blood flow. Concussion causes blood flow. Pads will reduce the concussion
which decreases blood flow. Blood flow to the hoof is not usually a
problem. Too much blood flow (or rather a lack of return flow/pooling in
the lower extremities...ya know, stocking up!) is usually a more common
problem. We are not however familiar with this brand of pads so if there
is some other school of thought, we are open to suggestion.
