Anyone have any experience with the class C motor homes in the 24-27' range with V10 engine. I am investigating and have been getting mixed feedback on towing. What I have heard is that the break systems are not adequate to handle the load and definitely the tow packages need to be beefed up (welded to the frame, Reese quality). I would like to know what folks have been experiencing, what manufacturers are best, what options there are for towing, engine performance, etc. Also comments on class C Vs A would be helpful.
By the way I tow a 3 horse Sooner 3,000 lbs - fully loaded is about 6K lbs..
Best Regards,
Gary
