I MIGHT know what that one is--sounds like one I had. Try this: from the
very top of the croup (the bony protrusion) come down about 2-3" and apply
pressure in there. See if that makes the knot tremble or 'stand out'. If
it does, try working that area. Do it on both sides. (If you have the
Meagher book, it seems to be a little lower than SP15, and maybe slightly
farther back...) I also used magnets on the knot itself.
