Jesse (sp) Thank you for trying to get the 5 people back on trail.  Although 
your valiant attempts failed   I in turn did ride the trail  and completed 
properly.  I was 28 minutes behind the first of  the errant riders  (to meet 
criteria that is).  Because of your observant facilites the trail was marked 
off by survey's tape so that the on coming 50's would not make the same 
mistake.  They probably never knew that this cut in trail was there.  I 
realize that this mistake was unintentional.  But I on the other hand have 
had to re ride trails due the mistakes.  To get my miles in AERC.   I 
appreciate your  keeping me on trail.  The Gatorade and cookie was well
