OK, I read the rule and it does prohibit the use of bioscan "during" a
ride. Not knowing the specific mention of "Bioscan", I still do not do
anything to my horse after a vet in so a "protest" for something like that
against me would never be necessary.   I suppose this will open up a whole
new can of worms.  So, everybody, I withdraw my invitation but you are
still welcome to contact me for Kate's number if you like.  If it poses a
problem, we will have to make an appt with her earlier in the week.
