Please be aware that the use of Bio-Scan is in contravention of AERC Rule
13. Specifically 13a which precludes the use of Bioscan by name.

It would be prudent if all competitors declined this opportunity so as to
eliminate any chance of a protest.

Told our "Bioscan lady", Kate Coffey that we would let everyone know that
she plans to be at the Hopkins Creek Ride on Friday the 23rd.  She will be
