RC: Dogs at RIDES... small child attacked at OD 100

Again, another case of an anonymous poster attempting to stir the pot.
The subject of dogs in camp is a valid RC topic, but anonymous (and
possibly untrue or only partially true) whisperings don't further
rational discussion.

While this poster did not name names in the original post, there are a
lot of us who guessed who was likely "the vendor" being strung up here
on ridecamp. It's almost as if the anonymous poster wanted us to guess
the identity while still retaining the right to say, "but I didn't name
names."

Since the vendor has been forced to reply with her side of the story, my
opinion is that this incident fits the definition of "accident." A
number of circumstances collided for a non-desireable outcome. All
parties involved seem to be unhappy with the events. The important thing
is that the parties involved are taking steps to ensure that it does not
happen again.

To Mr. or Ms. anonymous:  have the courage to sign your name to your
posts. Anonymous gossip has no place here!
