Use Windows Explorer, go into your Temp folder and delete all the temp files 
therein. Then reboot. Depending on how your computer is set up, the active 
Temp folder could be in the main C directory or nestled into the Windows 
directory. Delete any temp (tmp) files you find in any temp directory. Then 
reboot.
