Jackie, thanks for your suggestion.   I'll forward it to George Cardinet
and Nancy duPont.   BTW,  George thought Albright was the PITS  and that
tells a lot about SA, since George could deal with the devil if
necessary.
    One question I will ask at the meeting:   Where Is This Information
Going From Here?      It's very frustrating, but we are mandated to do
