Well, I have about 6800 miles, all but 250 ( XP on Dave Nicholson's Arab
mare, Meela) of them on Morgans, and I wouldn't switch for all the tea in
China.   My good ol' Billy, now retired,  was totally reliable and went
where-ever and  did whatever I asked of him, no questions. He could
maintain a 12 mph trot with ease, mile after mile after mile, and had a
27 resting pulse.   My youngster, Dusty, has gaits as smooth as silk for
his 14.2-1/2 hands and is all gung ho -- more so than I am.    
     My point is, aren't we fortunate to have so many marvellous,
beautiful breeds from which to choose?   Connie B
