There's a nice fairgrounds at Rock Springs--just take the highway that heads 
north (can't remember the Hwy number without looking at an atlas, but it 
takes off at the same exit as the Flying J truck stop--can you tell what MY 
landmark is??  <g>) and it is about a mile north of the freeway.  It's always 
been open when I've been through, and there are paddocks in the back out 
behind the barns.  There are handy water hydrants, and plenty of room for 
rigs.
