We had numerous cases of this here in PA years ago. They finally caugh the
creeps, a father and son (the father was a retired city councilman,
upstanding member of society HUH?) after doing damage to over 70 horses.
They were arrested, and I don't know of any cases around here since. I think
the main reason those two stopped (they always did around full moon) is
because local horseman told them to their face that if they were caught,
they would find out first hand what molestation with a baseball bat was like
and the cops would never know.
