Oregon folks

I am hoping to come up to the ride at Sunriver next week.   I will be 
traveling with my horse and my son, and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a 
place to camp with the horse somewhere around Crater Lake, or north of 
Klamath Falls?   I'll be coming over 199, then cutting across to 97 somehow.

I'd just like to break the drive up, and to make it more fun for us all.   It 
would probably be Wednesday evening.   We tent camp, and I just tie the 
horse, but I can't seem to find any horsey type campgrounds in the area.   
Any suggestions?
