Weanling/yearling bands in Northern California

I have a 2/00 Arabian filly I would like to send out to socialize and run 
with a group of similar youngsters on acreage for about 18 months (with some 
visits home to refresh her manners, etc and because I will miss her).  Can 
anyone recommend people/places or does anyone have comments on this program 
for raising an endurance (or at least a trail) horse?  We live near Vallejo 
CA and would prefer a place within visiting distance, but will trailer her 
farther away if necessary.
