When the ice boots are removed, after meticulously caring for the cooling of the legs for forty-five minutes or so, one can easily determine if any "hot spots" exist along the tendon sheath. If so, the ice boots have helped you determine that a closer look at those legs is warranted and could prevent serious damage "down the road". Frank.
