Tevis Signup List Update

As expected, there is some attrition in the list of signups.  So far,
about 10 folks who were among the 250 who were first to sign up have
withdrawn.  The list on the Tevis website now reflects the replacements
already made from the Waiting List by the WSTF office.

There are about 80 souls on the Waiting List at this point.  Office
policy is to hold off cashing checks from anyone that is waitlisted or
sending through their card charge.

Note that in 1999, there were 294 applications received and yet on Ride
morning there were only 224 starters --not a full Ride by any means.
