Re: RC: RE: Dually
The challenges offered to us in life are what makes us good, Kathy! My
hard-to-ride horses have made me a very decent rider, and my hold-on-to-your-hat
life have made me tolerant of the downs and appreciative of the ups. My big
truck and San Jose's stingy spaces? I still have the fenders on the dually, and
I've parked it everywhere...
So now I'm a VERY good with that monster... I love to see people's faces when I
deftly wheel into a skinny space - and their car is next to it!! I had a trucker
with a Ph.D. teach me the physics of putting big vehicles where you want them to
go, and it gave me a significant head start.
My son chuckles that his Mom is good at getting in and out of life's tight
spots. Like I said, the bumper profile and no tail gate make my Dodge Dually
more maneuverable. It's also a regular cab, and doesn't have 4wd...
BTW - I haven't been on-line for many months, and am really touched by all of
the welcome back email I've gotten... I've been reading when I can, and am glad
I finally have the bandwidth for my favorite writing pastime.... I sure miss
y'all!
