Susan,
I've been noodling over Mike Foss's piece on e-lytes, and one thing confuses
me: Why continue to administer e-lytes at frequent intervals during a ride if,
in fact, it takes 6-8 hours for these doses to be maximally assimilated? Does
enough get through in an hour or two to make a difference?
