Your feet can't fall asleep if there isn't pressure
somewhere. How much weight are you putting in the stirrups when you
post? We had a trainer who pointed out that you should have no more
than 4 oz. of weight in a stirrup. Try putting your foot on your
bathroom scale & seeing how much 4 oz is - not much! If you can
concentrate on not using the stirrup to post but instead allowing the
horse's movement to lift you, you will probably have less foot
problems.
Might also check your stirrup length. The might need to be a little
longer. Lif
