electrolytes/brands and preloading

Hi everyone, I tried to post a similar message earlier, but
since it had attachments, it probably wouldn't take it!!?
Anyway, I have some information that Dr. Mike Foss gave us
on this subject when Classy had his metobolic problems last
summer. If anyone wants them, just e-mail me and I will
send them. It's just 2 pages and easy reading....
