hoax drug warning

Got this in my mail this morning.  Know about Rohypnol, but not the other.
Personally, it sounds like crap, but as I have never bred horses, I wondered
if someone on Ridecamp could shed some light.  Sorry if this is not
endurance-related, but you guys are just so-o-o-o-o knowledgeable about all
sorts of s...t, I thought I'd take a chance.

Anyone know of any sites where one can check for hoaxes / urban legends like
these?
