We have 6 dogs.  One of them clears 4ft fences with a single bound, so a
hot wire won't help.  If we leave for very long with her in the backyard,
she's crusing the neighborhood.  Since she's a problem puppy, she now goes
to all the rides with us, and either gets tied to the trailer or keeps the
crew company.  She likes to travel anyway, and once the ride is over, we
like having her with us.

That's why we bring one of ours.
