Late posting of ride results

While what Bob Morris posts may be what the rule book says - some ride
results 
seem to take many months to come in to the office.  Last year - the
office
had a lot of difficulty getting the last few rides in so that the year
end
awards could be done.

I believe that these were not rides that were just a few weeks late.
