E-mail receipts

There is a new feature that some folks are using which is a return receipt
request. A box pops up requesting verification of the fact that you actually
opened the e-mail. I figure the quickest way to cure folks who set this for
list serve e-mail is to honor the request and encourage others to do
likewise. Nothing like a few hundred responses from list serve members that
they say the e-mail to get folks to change their e-mail settings.
