Upon further investigation, the trails are not being closed. Mr. Winterberg
has lost his license to operate in the park because of a contract violation.
The trails will be open to use by horse owners and there will be a search
for a new person to operate the carriage rides for tourists.

Mr. Winterbergs alerts to the horse community were quite self serving, and I
feel not quite honest.
