RC: HTML aware digest

It looks like the digest has finally become HTML aware and all the 
formatting extras we used to see are cleaned up - and we can see
web pages such as the one teddy posted.

Now what this will do to those w/o HTML aware mail programs - I'm
not sure.  But for the rest of us - it's a much cleaner look.
