Louise,
In addition to the importance of this issue, I want to send a loud & clear 
message to Randy, anybody else with an agenda, and the board, that they ARE 
being watched.  These last minute before/at-the-convention bombshells will 
not be tolerated. If it's important enough to change, it's important enough 
to present to the membership for thorough discussion first.
