Exactly.  And it DOES help to have an aptitude for it.  As for teaching 
it--one can teach it to horses that have the right "equipment" but it takes 
some work and patience.  But--I've done it with a few that didn't start off 
doing it naturally.  Takes a lot of work, though, and I'd really rather ride 
a horse that can pretty well do it to start with.
