Q re rider position
Here's an interesting one for you to analyze: <BG>
I switched from FlexRide stirrups to the new plastic EasyRide stirrups
about 6 weeks ago. Love 'em! However, I've noticed the last few rides
that when I canter a lot, I get a bit of muscle soreness on the back of my
legs, upper calf and lower thigh, basically about 6" above and below the
back bend of my knee. I've never had soreness there before from riding.
What has changed and what position adjustment should I make?
