The board did NOT vote on this issue.  The minutes as stated on p.25 of the 
April EN state
"L. Beason chaired a committee of seven people to consider the performance of 
the Executive Director, whose contract requires yearly evaluatioon for 
renewal.  Subsequently a sub-committee met with Doyle.  The basic 
recommendation of the committee is for him to continue in the capacity of 
Executive Director.  A list of objectives and areas to be improved was 
developed.
    There was no motion made nor vote taken by the Board.  Louise R.
