Oops, one more thing...when I said "just anybody", I  mean somebody that 
isn't even a member of AERC.

So thinking along those lines, would we make the on-line database available 
to only those who are AERC members?

So if you want to see the results you have to have an AERC #?   To get the 
results before, you had to either be a member and/or subscribe to EN, 
right?  So how is this any different?
