We talked about this at the central region convention and I think that most
people agreed that we would like to see "L" or "M" if the vet pulled the
horse and a "RO-L" or "RO-M" if the rider pulled out of consideration for
the horse. The only way that a rider should have a "RO" is if the horse
passed the vet check and was cleared to go back out and the rider chose not
to.
I don't know how far you want to break down the "RO"s. I would think "horse
injured" would be "L", and "rider injured" would be "RO".
