    I've always wondered about to wrap or not to wrap myself.  I wrap, 
because I've always used the logic of; "What if you do, or what if you 
don't."  If you do, and the horse didn't need it, well, it sure won't hurt.  
But if you don't and the horse needed it, then the swelling could cause 
damage.
    My understanding with talking to many Vets, is that the swelling can 
further complicate injuries.
