Need suggestions getting trails opened
Push your DE Horse Council harder. Volunteer yourself to work on the
project for the DHC. Remember that it is a volunteer driven organization and
will likely to be willing to take up the projects that folks are willing to
work/volunteer to help with.
Go meet with the managers of the public facilities and learn how you
(horsemen) can partner with them. AND try to go to the SETC conference at
Clemson Univ. next week. That's what this conference is all about.
