Each organization has a beginning. Find a group of like minded folks willing
to do some work and run with it. I'd love to see an Ohio organization. One
of BCHA weaknesses is a lack of chapters in many states and therefore no
real leverage (aka as voters) with the legislators from those states.

I should point out it is also possible to join as an individual if there are
no local chapters.
