Re: ponies in endurance.
Funny you should ask, guess I'll have to post my
looong ride story from the weekend <g>. Someone
has posted on RC before that ponies have the highest
percentage of slow twich mucsle fibers of any equine. Most
are GREAT at taking care of themselves. They probably
aren't going to win many races, but I expect they can
be great mileage contenders.
