I agree with this post to a point.Its been my experience that you don't 
always have to unload the heels but you do have to trim them to the point 
where the horn tubules are pointing in a more vert. direction.Wedge shoes and 
egg bars actually load the the heels more. My two cents worth and that may be 
over priced! RD
