Sponging

WARNING:  Paul says if/when we ever manage a ride here, since we will be using ORW (Other Rancher's Water) we will be very strict on our sponging/scooping rule.

THE RULE:  There will be no sponging or scooping that allows dirty water to fall back into the general water supply.  Riders caught breaking this rule will be required to drink an 8 oz. glass of that same contaminated water before receiving a completion.
