No. Hydrations doesn't count. Dehydration is a big plus in endurance
riders. That's one of my favorite perks for having ridden 50-100
miles...it means you can sleep late on Sunday morning without waking up
needing to *go*...and I can drink all the Diet Cokes that I want during
the drive home without needing those pesky pit stops that are such a pain
with a big rig in tow. Let's just say that so long as a rider has
sufficient saliva to spit sand out of their mouth, they're adequately
hydrated.
