You are SOOO right.  I cannot correct a problem if I do not know about it.
Nothing worse than thinking that a store deliberately treated your badly or
sent the wrong thing.  Mistakes do happens and sometimes products (and people)
fail....

Since my livelihood DEPENDS on all of YOU, I must either do what YOU want (as
best I can) go tell you to try somewhere else (which I will gladly do).
