	I have purchased several items from them.  I found their staff to be
knowedgable about the products, which is not always the case for mail order
operators, or willing to research products and call me back with the
requested information.   I have had to return two items.  When I called
with the problems, they were very helpful and willing to take care of them
immediately without question.  They picked up the problem orders and
reshipped -- I even received the replacement before they picked up the
original merchandise on one occasion.  There were no additional charges to
me.   They don't appear to take any longer to ship than other companies I
have dealt with by mail, Sportac and Stateline.
