Help from RM's

This is my first year managing a ride.  Could some of the experienced RM's  
recommend some insurance companies they have used to insure rides, and 
posssibly some extra coverage I might need to take out?  

Also, can a ride be named as such to avoid personal liability (such as LLC)?

What extra legal precautions can I take to protect my personal business?

This Posse Ride experience really has us alarmed.
