that kind of missed the point (IMHO:). The question was really "what specific ways is AERC going to educate the ride managers?"
In that light, the education committee might provide the lead and the ride managers handbook provide the content. But it seems that the board resolution says that education must occur which leads to a responcibility of AERC to provide that education?

This is not about condemning any particular
ride manager, it is an ongoing problem that really needs to
be taken more seriously.
