Stookey Stampede

Hi Ridecampers.  Have any of you gone to the Stookey Stampede up in Oregon?  I hear that the 30 miler is pretty easy and the footing is good.  I might have the opportunity to take my mare to this ride (Pat Farmer....what a nice gal...she might be going and asked if I would like to go too).  I sent away for a ride entry....
if any of you have gone and done the 30, could you let me know what it's like????
